絶縁テフロン板をベースに、両側を電解銅箔(酸化処理後)で圧縮し、高温高圧処理後に圧した回路基板です。この制品は優れた電気的特性(すなわち、低誘電率、低損失)と理想的な机械的強度を持って、マイクロ波pcb基板のための良い選択です。
